Our mission is to support healing in our community through offering brain-based, evidence supported, “no shame” treatment connecting clients with various integrative treatment options such as nutrition, neurofeedback, spiritual support, individual, family and group counseling and education.

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction or PTSD? Are you looking for "no shame" treatment that is based on how your brain works and changes?

We are a group of compassionate counselors who have collaborated together to offer research supported, brain-based treatment to those who are hurting. Since different parts of the brain are in charge based on stress levels, treatments are most effective when matched with the part of the brain engaged.

Some of the treatment modalities offered by our counselors include neurofeedback, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional brain training, applied behavioral analysis for treating autism spectrum disorders, and nutrition therapy for restoring neurotransmitter balance.

We believe in the human capacity to recover. You CAN change the way your brain processes life and RESTORE your mind, body, soul and spirit in the process!

Renew, Restore, Revive

RENEW

Renew-resume after an interruption; re-establish a relationship.  When the stresses of life interrupt your connection with yourself or others, it’s time to renew; to resume that connection, regaining your balance and returning your brain and body to a state of natural reward-health and happiness.

RESTORE

Restore-bring back; reinstate, return to the original condition or place of position, repair or renovate.  The root of 80% of healthcare visits is stress.  It usually isn’t one stress that sends us into crisis, but the piling up of multiple stressors.  Change the way you process stress and return to your optimal functioning.

REVIVE

Revive-restore to life or consciousness, regain life, consciousness or strength, give new strength or energy to.

As of August 2016, at least 46 members of our community died from fatal overdoses. Many more were brought back to life from overdose with naloxone (a medication that blocks the effects of opioids). We are deeply grieved by the pain and suffering of our community. We believe every life has value, purpose and is worthy of being saved.

COMMUNITY

Connections with a wide-range of services to support individuals and the community.

NO SHAME

Since the way we process what is happening around us is encoded in our brains during the last trimester en utero, the first three to five years of life or during trauma-when we were the least in charge of our lives, shaming is ineffective in bringing out long-term change and reflects a fundamentally lack of understanding of the brain.  We did not encode our stress circuits, but we can re-encode more effective ways of processing stress through treatment.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual therapy with access to multiple different approaches.

BRAIN-BASED

We use the latest brain-based technologies and therapies.

NUTRITION

With an onsite integrative nutritionist, gut-brain dysregulation can be restored through nutrition therapy, education, supplementation and lifestyle balance.
